Helado Negro Phoenix Concert reviews
Train was DEFINITLY worth the wait!
The opening act was pretty good, with GRO, Jason Castro, and Bob Sneider. I loved Train, they were simply amazing. Pat was cute and charming as always, and Jimmy was rockin' it out. They played some great songs - my favorites are Marry Me (wow, that was romantic), When I look to the Sky (where Pat sang alone for the first minute, which was beautiful and intense), Hey Soul Sister, and Drops of Jupiter (where I was going crazy). First off, there were like 4 long opening acts. My legs felt like jello after 3 hours of 'not Helado Negro'. I stood next to this crazy, mean fan for the whole time, BUT it was worth it. I definitely recommend this show, just make sure to get up front! I am so mad because me and my friend were in the first row but went to get shirts and came back, we were in the fifth row. Not bad, but I really wanted to be up close!
